01Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the aaajii website, including all pages, features, games, and services accessible at aaajii.net and any associated subdomains.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player to access real-money gaming services on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Real-Money Gaming" refers to any game, bet, or wager placed using funds deposited into a Player's aaajii account.

• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the native currency of the aaajii Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they are eligible for conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within a Player's account settings.

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the aaajii Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the aaajii Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to real-money gaming on aaajii is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal use only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through aaajii's Responsible Gaming Tools or through any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of aaajii or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your place of residence or access.

04Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the aaajii Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. aaajii relies on the information you provide to perform identity verification, process payments, and detect fraudulent activity. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify aaajii immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. aaajii shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where reasonable security precautions were not maintained by the Player.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, aaajii requires the Player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address dated within 90 days, and verification of the payment method used for deposits. aaajii reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

aaajii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). aaajii does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal. aaajii reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

5.3 Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya deposits are generally credited to your aaajii account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. These timeframes are indicative only and may be subject to delays during periods of high transaction volume or additional verification requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) full satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds; (c) confirmation that the withdrawal amount does not include funds under investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse; and (d) compliance with any applicable anti-money laundering checks required by aaajii's internal policies.

06Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spin equivalents, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards issued by aaajii are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered the required number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive certain promotional offers. aaajii reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion, including on the basis of prior bonus abuse, account standing, or applicable regulatory requirements.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, available at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unfulfilled bonus balances at the expiry of this period will be forfeited without compensation.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

aaajii actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to lock in bonus profits without genuine play; using automated systems or scripts to meet wagering requirements; or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus funds and associated winnings voided and the account suspended or permanently closed.

07Gameplay Rules

All games available on the aaajii Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly address a specific gameplay matter.

7.1 Game Integrity

All RNG-based games on the aaajii Platform are sourced from certified game providers and subject to independent third-party audits for fairness and randomness. Results generated by aaajii's certified RNG systems are final and binding. aaajii does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so on games governed by independently audited RNG systems.

7.2 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game engine will continue to run according to its programmed logic. aaajii will credit any winnings resulting from a completed round to your account balance. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to aaajii, the bet amount will be refunded to your account balance. aaajii is not liable for disconnections attributable to your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction affecting game operation or the display of odds, payouts, or outcomes, aaajii reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the prevailing principle in circumstances where a software error has produced an outcome inconsistent with the game's intended pay table or rules.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaajii Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software underlying the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity under Philippine law or applicable international law.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform's software — any such discovery must be reported to aaajii immediately via [email protected].
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving the benefit of the deposited funds on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

09Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by aaajii

aaajii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) aaajii suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform; (c) a Player's account is the subject of a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement inquiry; or (d) aaajii ceases operations or withdraws services from a particular jurisdiction.

9.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting aaajii customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of unsettled bets and any applicable bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be refunded via the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to aaajii for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion via the Responsible Gaming settings within their account. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the selected period. aaajii will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Player to open a new account during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the aaajii Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of aaajii or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use aaajii's trademarks or logos without prior written consent; or (d) frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aaajii and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: (a) interruptions to the Platform's availability; (b) errors or inaccuracies in game results attributable to certified third-party RNG systems; (c) unauthorized access to your account where reasonable security measures were not maintained by you; (d) any reliance on content or information provided on the Platform.

aaajii's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their aaajii account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy & Data

aaajii collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected for KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

aaajii will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform and protect its integrity. 13Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2 above.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, including those of the Republic of the Philippines where applicable to Philippine-resident Players. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted through aaajii shall be subject to the following resolution process:

1. Internal Resolution: All disputes must first be submitted to aaajii's customer support team. aaajii will endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction at the internal level, the Player may escalate the matter in writing, detailing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.
3. Final Resolution: aaajii reserves the right to determine the final outcome of disputes relating to game results, bonus terms, and account decisions, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. aaajii's decision on matters within its sole discretion shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this section limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
